Para incorporación inmediata necesitamos JEFE DE OBRA con experiencia demostrable en el puesto de al menos 8 años, con las siguientes características:
- Experiencia demostrable como jefe de obra, mínimo 8 años.
- Formación universitaria como Arquitecto técnico o similar.
- Excelente capacidad de planificación y gestión de proyectos.
Funciones:
- Programación y planificación de obras.
- Control de plazos y costes. […]
- Certificaciones de obra.
- Revisión y aprobación de facturas con proveedores.
Conocimientos en:
- Conocimiento en AutoCAD, Presto y Office.
