The purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership to a successful Digital Transformation roll out in Urology through BOOST uXcelerate & P Activate programs across EMEA. Demonstrates proven capability to manage multiple project teams to complete project milestones and Drive Value Improvement efforts in the EMEA BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs either on the EMEA workstreams but also in Cluster workstreams to drive implementation.
