• Full comprehension of each lease agreement (e.g., offices, warehouse, cars, retail stores) to summarize main terms and conditions that do have an impact on IFRS16.
• Ensure master date of lease agreements for accounting purposes is updated and the financial impact of any change in terms and conditions of an existing agreement is reflected in the balance sheet.
